| My second attempt on this cake with adjusted recipe of my own. The jelly turn out great, firm and nice texture to go with the pandan chiffon :) My customer loves this cake and I am so happy when he says that he feels like he is home when he ate this cake! Well, an improvement to be made is to keep an eye when cooking the jelly so that no more lumps :p Another busy working week while making cake orders~~~~ Have a great day everyone ^^ |
