Club Sandwiches

Wonderful and simple club sandwich ever with basic ingredients and toasted bread.
The only way you can get carb, protein & fibre in a complete meal.
2 toasted slices of bread sandwiched with ham, egg, cucumber slice, tomato and cheese.
Choice of ingredients depends on your personal preference and favourite,
you can have wholemeal or whole grain bread or even make it vegetarian (healthier & low calorie^^)
These are what I use for my club sandwich.
This is an easy to made meal,
you don't have to pay 10 dollars for something in a restaurant
 that you can make by yourself at home!

For me, they are just a perfect meal.
