Stir Fry Korean Rice Cake with Kimchi

Hmm trying on Korean dish today!
I use shallot, kimchi, onion and rice cake.
Only 4 ingredients, simple right?

First of all, heat the pan with some oil.
Then sautee some garlic and onion for 1 minute.

Then add in the rice cake, you might find that the rice cake sticks together,
you can rinse them with some water to prevent them from sticking together before you fry them.
I also put in some soy sauce to give them some saltyness.

Add in the kimchi,
put in seasoning like sugar, salt and pepper.
Stir until they are well combined.
I put quite a lot of sugar to give them more sweetness, I think spicy kimchi with sweetness is a good combination ^^
 Lastly add in shallot and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.

It taste very good, try to have this at home.
You don't have to eat this with rice, just eat them alone would satisfy you!
